EI8540 at Emerald Island Resort is a warm and inviting home away from home. It has all the comforts you could want in a vacation rental: game room, private pool and spa, TVs in every room, and more. This home is furnished to an impeccable standard and maintained with love and care. Here you can relax and unwind from busy days out at the parks or shopping sprees at the outlets. Take a swim in the pool, spend some time in the spa or enjoy lovely conversation under the private lanai. The kitchen is welcoming and has everything you need for the entire family to gather for delicious home cooked meals. The game room is large and supplied with a pool table and foosball so everyone can join in on the fun! Your vacation will be filled with many memorable moments spent at this villa. Guests have the option of heating the private pool and spa for a daily charge. Pool and spa heat is $30/Day.

Emerald Island is a 5 star, guard-gated resort which is conveniently located to all of the fabulous parks in Orlando, including Disney World and Universal Studios - both within a short drive of the resort. The area is a golfer's delight with great golf courses near the resort including the superb championship courses of Reunion and Champions Gate. **Starting September 1, 2021, all guests arriving this date or later to Emerald Island Resort will be required to pay for a nonrefundable parking pass to enter the resort. The fee is $20 per VEHICLE to give you access to the resort and its amenities.

Emerald Island Resort Community features include: two communal heated swimming pools with spas, a clubhouse with a tiki bar and food, video arcade, fitness center and sauna, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court, children's playground along with picnic areas and a nature walk.

Home. It had always been in excellent condition. The cost is very reasonable. I felt a little reluctant about submitting such a glowing review because I wanted to keep this wonderful place to myself. Even though it may be harder getting the dates I want the next time we come to Orlando, it's not fair for me not to let other people in on my wonderful secret.

Stayed @ This villa for 2 weeks and was a great place to enjoy our holiday.

The villa was in a great location and central for everything. We had an unforeseen problem with the air conditioning system but this was dealt with by Maira and her staff within hours of calling.The management company was the best I have dealt with in the 25 years we have been visiting Orlando , a special thanks to them and we would definitely stay here again.

The resort grounds are very well maintained and the house and pool were clean well decorated. Our experience with this house was 100% positive. I will definitely rent again next year if the property is available!!!
