Everything that the description says! Both the children and the adults found joy in this home. Perfect and neutral location to airport, Disney/Universal, Prime Outlets, and more importantly, WalMart!! A great stay!

The house was exactly as pictured. We had 14 people and everyone had a place to sleep. We celebrated my 65th birthday with my wife, 2 sons/wives, and the 8 grandchildren. The game room was a huge success with the kids. The pool did not get the use we desired due getting rain every day of the vacation. Would highly recommend this house to anyone that has a large family. Thanks Kevin for everything. Lee

We've stayed at this property twice and will certainly be back! It's beautiful, clean, welcoming and stocked with everything we need for a comfortable stay! It's location is ideal -- close to Disney yet secluded enough to enjoy some quiet family time (the lot is perfect with no homes in the backyard!). The kids love the private pool, game room and common area basketball hoops.
The owner is easy to communicate with and prompt with his replies! We're already looking forward to our next stay!

The house was clean, spacious, clean, nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, and did I mention how clean it was? I stayed 5 nights with 3 girlfriends and we each had a spacious bedroom with our own bathroom. It was perfect.

This spacious home was impressively clean and well-cared for. Everything was delivered as advertised. Detailed instructions were received well in advance of our arrival, making entry into the neighborhood and home extremely easy. It was wonderful to have the entire family stay under one roof. This family's only complaint was that we could not stay longer to enjoy all the amenities it offered. When you book this home you are not disappointed. We look forward to the opportunity to share this home again and have already begun to tell all of our friends---oops! Maybe we should keep it our secret.

This is the second time that we have stayed in the house. We have stayed in many different time share properties, homes and hotels in the Orlando area (including the top-notch Disney properties) and this home is clearly the best. There is no need to look elsewhere. You don't have to lug all of your pool gear to the pool (the pool is right outside the door); there are no fights over bathrooms (the home has 4 full bathrooms); and you don't have to wait for a valet to get your car or walk a mile to get your car (there is a driveway). The home is clean and has all of the amenities of home. In addition, the location is great. I highly recommend this home.

Our family recently stayed in this lovely, well appointed 6 bedroom home from June 19-23rd. Everything from the comfortable beds to the private, screened-in and safe pool, merits an A+!. Our granddaughter was thrilled to sleep in the Minnie and Mickey twin room, (although she really wanted to sleep in the pirate's quarters on the top bunk!) But since she is only 4, we opted for the Minnie room which she loved. That room took the sting out of bedtime! The large community pool is wonderful. It features a gradual shallow area which was perfect for our granddaughter. The Dancing Waters for little ones was not working at the time, but someone said it would be repaired. The 80 foot slide was fun for the adults and we were happy to find there were enough lounge chairs as well. Another big plus is that the gated community of Windsor Hills is only a 10-15 minute drive from the Magic Kingdom. There are lots of food options close by as well as grocery stores. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in Orlando.

Everything in the house was up to date. The security was the best I've endured for a vacation. The house was spacious and very well kept. We were 10 minutes from all the amusement parks and 5 minutes for grocery stores. We will definitely be staying here again.

This house welcomed our family of 12 during the Memorial Day Weekend. Getting to the house is easy and once in the complex, guards are extremely helpful. This is a residential area that is extremely well-kept. You definitely get the feeling of a resort but you have your own home instead of a room.
House has parking for at least 4 cars. It is spacious, clean and nicely decorated in soothing cream, brown and blue colors. Kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and has everything you will need (including plastic containers to save leftover food). We had 6 kids in the house from 3 years old to 16 years old and they all had a blast. The game room provided a great area to relax and play that even the grow-ups spent time there playing older video games like pac-man, etc.
There is a bedroom downstairs that was perfect for grandma and grandpa, with a bathroom right outside. The other 5 bedrooms are on the second floor, two of them are master suites. Again, all of them were beautifully decorated and very spacious.
The location is perfect. There is easy access in and out of the complex with major restaurants, gas stations, and shopping in the area.
I would definitely recommend friends and family.
